JOE MAGNARELLI

Joe Magnarelli has been playing professionally for almost three decades with a host of big names in the NYC area. Hailing from Syracuse NY, he received his B.A. in Liberal Arts from SUNY Fredonia and promptly moved to NYC to pursue Music in 1986. Now, Joe teaches at Mason Gross and Julliard, has released a number of albums as a leader, and is featured on a host of recordings as a sideman. Joe's trumpet playing features a remarkably clear and vibrant sound, and with Adam, Funk Xpress is armed with two fiery horn players.
